Launched in June 2019 to create a legacy for our Realtors® and broaden their visibility and impact in the community.
General Contribution
Support the Foundation’s mission by giving a general contribution that will be applied to the overall annual programs and services.
Annual Appeal
Each year, Realtor® members are asked to consider a $35 tax-deductible contribution. If you wish to make your contribution here, please choose this option.
Holiday Auction
The auction is the primary fundraising event for the Foundation and raises approximately $20,000 for the Foundation’s two grant programs to address unmet housing needs.
In Honor
Honor someone special with a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation.
In Memory
Commemorate someone special by remembering them with a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation.
Pearl Society
Become a member of the newly-formed Pearl Society to continue to honor our past and celebrate the future.
Project REACH
Project REACH (Realtors® Engaging and Creating Hope) places more than 125 Realtor® volunteers at five area housing-related non-profits to assist with everything from preparing meals for the homeless to sorting clothing for families in need.
Realtors® Care Day
Realtors® Care Day involves hundreds of Realtor® volunteers conducting critical exterior home repairs throughout Mecklenburg and Iredell counties. Since 2009, 271 families and non-profits have received assistance through this program.
Strides for Shelter
The Foundation’s annual 5K run/walk at McAlpine Park raises funds for area housing needs. A different beneficiary with a critical need is chosen by the Realtor® community every year.
