Holiday auction
This year’s Virtual Holiday Auction will take place November 29 – December 13, with a fundraising goal of $33,000. The solicitation and collection of donated items has begun.
Each year, the Foundation’s Annual Holiday Virtual Auction raises funds to support our grants programs that focus on homelessness and unmet housing needs in Mecklenburg, Iredell, and Haywood counties. All funds raised will support our 2025 Community and Habitat grants program, which distributed over $100,000 in 2024.
Due to the tremendous success of the previous year’s auction and format, we will continue to host our auction online. This format continues to give the Foundation and our auction donors a broader audience for a much longer period of time.
This year’s virtual event will be live, and will enable us to reach our 15,000+ Realtor® members, as well as members of general public. Realtor® Members, companies, sponsors, and the public are all encouraged to donate auction items. Please view our Amazon Wish list for ideas or our SignUp Genius to commit to a suggested donation.
The auction will be widely publicized to the Association membership (15k+) via email blasts, social media, and on all our member-facing websites.
