Realtors® Care Day 2025
Realtors® Care Day is a community-wide home repair project that assists homeowners annually with exterior home repairs and provides adaptive and safety modifications for those in need.

COMMUNITY GRANTS PROGRAM
Provides support to area nonprofit organizations that address unmet housing needs in Mecklenburg, Iredell and Haywood counties.
Workforce Housing CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Educates Realtors® to work with first-time buyers and clients purchasing affordable housing.

Awards
Humanitarian Award
Individuals, groups or projects are awarded annually for outstanding contributions in the community. Award recipients designate a nonprofit organization to receive up to $5,000 from the Foundation.
