Volunteers sign up by Mar. 14 for Realtors® Care Day
Realtors® Care Day is Fri., Apr. 25 and if you are a member of the Canopy Realtor® Association who can volunteer for a full day of service, we need you to register by Fri., Mar. 14.
Sponsorships Deadline for Realtors® Care Day
Your tax-deductible Realtors® Care Day sponsorship will give your company exposure to more than 14,000 members of the Realtor® community while helping us achieve our vision of a community where all housing needs are met. The deadline for sponsorship sign-up is March 24.
2025 Realtors® Care Day
Realtors® Care Day is a community-wide home repair project that assists homeowners annually with exterior home repairs and provides adaptive and safety modifications for those in need.
Community Grants Applications and YES Award Nominations
Community Grants applications are now available, and must be submitted b y May 31 at 5 p.m.
YES Award nominations are also available and are due by May 31 at 5 p.m.

Your charitable contribution can be in the amounts of $10, $50, $100, or $1,000.
Programs
COMMUNITY GRANTS PROGRAM
Provides support to area nonprofit organizations that address unmet housing needs in Mecklenburg, Iredell and Haywood counties.
HABITAT SUPPORT PROGRAM
Provides monetary support to area Habitat for Humanity organizations.
Awards
Humanitarian Award
Individuals, groups or projects are awarded annually for outstanding contributions in the community. Award recipients designate a nonprofit organization to receive up to $5,000 from the Foundation.

YES Award
The Canopy Housing Foundation and its Realtor® members instituted the YES Award to recognize and celebrate the area’s youth who are engaged in improving the quality of life in the region.
